Even little ones need time to rest and recharge.
These workshops offer the opportunity to play, create, and learn the importance of rest. We utilise the lessons of the season to inspire these sessions.
Autumn being the season of transition, the season to release, to trust, to prepare. It teaches us the importance of slowing down and tuning into the external world, noticing what’s around us. It teaches us to let go of the things we don’t need any more and remember what’s really important to us.
The day will include:
Yoga games in the paddock (weather permitting)
Nature art.
Nourishing morning tea - you will get to help create.
Yoga philosophy messages of truthfulness, trust, kindness and gratitude subtly weaved throughout the day.
The art of rest session and how to find your unique way of resting.
These sessions are facilitated by Sarah Truman the founder of Wild Child & Co. Sarah is a Mental Health Aware Yoga Teacher, a Yoga Therapist and a Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga Facilitator.
