These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between you (the participant or visitor to this website) and Sarah Truman (referred to in terms of "us", "we", "our" or when referencing Wild Child & CO) regarding the use of this website, our social media platforms, booking of services, and participation in Yoga Therapy, TCTSY, Therapeutic Mentoring sessions, workshops, online programs or retreats. By using this website or engaging in services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out before proceeding with bookings or payments. We reserve the right to change or amend these at any time and it is your responsibility to ensure you have read over these before you use any of our sites.
Introduction
Welcome to the Website of Wild Child & CO, founded by Sarah Truman (ABN 34112547382). By Using this website, online platforms, social media, booking services you agree with the following terms and conditions. Although Sarah is not yet a clinical counsellor or psychotherapist she chooses to operate under the Code of Ethics & Good Practices as Guidelines as outlined by PACFA
Services
Sarah currently offers Yoga Therapy, TCTSY, Therapeutic Mentoring and Behaviour support. She currently does NOT offer clinical counselling or psychotherapy services. whilst she is undergoing this training. The information contained and shared in one to one sessions and online products does not substitute professional psychological or medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you require urgent support we advise you contact a medical professional , call 000 or reach out to one of the services if appropriate.
When you engage in 1:1 services agreement with us we may issue you with a service agreement this will hold additional terms and conditions that are seperate to these terms. The terms and conditions in your service agreement will prevail and form the basis of your agreement. These will then operate in conjunction with the wider terms and conditions presented here.
Bookings & Payments
Price is in Australian Dollars (AUD). The prices on this site might change without notice. you will be charged the price on this site at the time of your purchase. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the product or service without notice at any time.
Session are payable in advance unless otherwise stipulated. 1:1 sessions will be invoiced via Hnry our accounting software. We will transfer only your name and email address to this platform to issue and manage invoices.
Participants can manage any stored payment details made direct in this website at any time. These payments are managed by Stripe.
Group program, digital products, workshops and retreats may have their own terms and conditions which will be stated at the time of booking. This includes information regarding payment, refunds and cancellations.
We reserve the right to postpone or cancel any service, or reschedule them at a mutually convenient time, for any reason. If the services have been cancelled by us and not rescheduled, a full refund will be given.
Cancellations for any 1:1 service require a minimum of 48 hours or the full fee amount will be payable.
Where you have paid a deposit for our services, you acknowledge that this payment is refundable and non-transferable.
Due to the nature of Digital Products there is a strict no refund policy. If the incorrect digital product is sent to you are required to notify us so we can correct this.
Testimonials/Quotes
We share testimonials from previous participants as a mneas of sharing real-life examples and to share lived expereince. These are not intended to represent or guarantee results, they are there to show what may be possible.
If you provide a testimonial about any product or service we reserve the right to share this across any of our sites, inlcuding social media channels
Limitations Of Liability
During session we use an integrated approach using somatic-based approaches. While all efforts are made to facilitate a felt sense of safety and a supportive environment Sarah Truman is not responsible for any emotional distress, physical injury or other outcomes resulting from participation in services. Nor do not guarantee specific outcomes. Participants engage at their own discretion and responsibility.
We also offer a trauma informed collaborative approach meaning that the participant always has the right to pause, stop, modify, or decline any practice.
This site contains content, including our digital products, blogs, social media posts that is of a general nature. This information does not replace professional medical, psychological, financial advice or advice from any type of licence professional.
Where any of services or products including those that are for free and incorporate different activities and practices that may affect your health and wellbeing you warrant that you are fit to participate and where relevant have sought medical advice. We do not accept responsibility for determining if our products or services are suitable for you. We reserve the right to deny services and refund the cost if we believe that a product or service may be dangerous or not appropriate for you, or we believe further professional advice should be sought.
